Our training program offers quick hitter 30 minute sessions that guide you through warm ups and into a high intensity and extremely effective workout. Think you need an hour or two at the gym or 50 minutes on a treadmill to get in awesome shape with spectacular results? Think again! Our training is short, intense and guaranteed to produce great results. You will drop weight, crush body fat, build strength, build and tone lean muscle, increase your energy and build yourself into a lean, mean, healthy machine!

What can you get in 30 minutes?

  • A brief pre-warm up to mobilize the joints and prepare the body for the work to follow.
  • An quick, but effective warm up to fully warm up the muscles and joints as well as getting the heart and lungs primed for action
  • The next step is where the fun starts as you will progress through the workout of the day which will vary from day to day. Squats, jumps, push ups, lunges, runs & sprints etc are paired with dumbbells, kettle bells, jump ropes, sandbags, sleds, odd objects and a variety of other fitness implements to create high intensity workouts that will produce great results.

You will get in & get out with a great workout that will keep your body working for hours after you have left the gym. What else can you get with 30 minute workouts? You always have the option of stepping up a level to our full hour classes that add in pure strength training as well as extra work on flexibility and mobility. You also receive nutritional information as well as weeks worth of healthy meal plans that you can pick and choose from if you need to step up your game in the area of healthy eating habits. Boot Camp Arlington has a variety of classes that you can add to your 30 minute sessions or that you can completely switch to if you ever want to try them out. We offer pure a pure strength training program, a strength & conditioning program as well as a self defense course. You are free to pick and choose as you please with no pressure, hard sales pitches or contracts.
