Boot Camp: 30 Minutes
Monday-Friday:
5:30AM, 11:00AM, 5:00PM
3 Times Per Week – $80.00 (M/W/F)
4 Times Per Week – $100.00 (M/T/TH/F)
5 Times Per Week – $120.00 (M-F)

Strength & Conditioning: 60 Minutes
Monday-Friday
6:00AM (Full), 8:30AM
12:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
3 Times Per Week – $100.00 (M/W/F)
4 Times Per Week – $120.00 (M/T/TH/F)

Strength Training: 60 Minutes
Monday-Wednesday-Friday
7:30PM
